In our busy lives there can often seem little time to enjoy our pregnancies and give ourselves the space to connect with our babies. Our Time for you course is designed to give you the space to unwind and relax in a calming environment, while learning new skills for pregnancy and birth.
Each session will start with refreshments and time to catch up with the others in your group. We focus on a new relaxation skill each week with time to practice then we will gently walk you through guided relaxation helping you to feel peaceful and connected to your baby, with a refreshed confidence in your body to birth your baby.
The sessions are for all pregnant mums you have the peace of mind that there no difficult exercises or positions.
*For your comfort please bring 2 pillows*
With only limited spaces, please book early to avoid disappointment.
The course runs on a Tuesday evening over four weeks.
